Last updated: November 2, 2026
1. What Triple G does
Triple G Marketing Consultants, LLC (“Triple G”) provides three services: (a) the Marketing Examination, a fixed scope written audit of a client’s marketing delivered as a document; (b) Fix Builds, implementation projects quoted in writing from an examination’s findings; and (c) Content Packs, monthly social media content services. Triple G does not provide paid advertising management, email marketing, search engine optimization services, or website design and development.
2. No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside Triple G’s control. Triple G does not guarantee leads, bookings, sales, revenue, followers, reach, or any other business result, in any service, at any time. What Triple G guarantees is the deliverable described for the service purchased and honest reporting, with organic and paid activity always reported separately.
3. The Examination
The Examination is a fixed price written deliverable. The fee is due before work begins, paid through the payment link or invoice Triple G provides. Delivery is within five business days of a completed client intake, unless a different date is agreed in writing. The Examination contains findings and recommendations only; it does not include implementation, content creation, posting, or account management. One correction of factual errors, reissued once, is included. The client may implement the findings with any provider.
4. Fix Builds
Fix Builds are quoted in writing from an Examination before work starts. Unless a quote states otherwise, payment is 50 percent to start and 50 percent on delivery. Work outside the quoted fix list is not included and is quoted separately.
5. Content Packs
Content Packs are monthly services billed monthly in advance. A pack covers the platforms, posting cadence, and deliverables stated when the pack is booked. Either party may cancel a pack with 30 days written notice by email, fees already billed cover the period they were billed for and are not refundable for that period.
6. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for the accuracy of information provided in intakes and briefs, for timely approvals, and for maintaining ownership and access to their own accounts and properties. Triple G works from client-provided and publicly available information unless the client separately grants analytics or account access in writing.
7. Ownership
On full payment, the Examination document and content produced under a Content Pack belong to the client. Triple G may describe the engagement in general terms (industry, service type, and aggregate organic results) unless the client asks in writing that it not do so.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Triple G’s total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount the client paid Triple G for that service. Triple G is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
