The Marketing Examination

Most small businesses do not have a posting problem. They have a conversion problem wearing a posting costume. This is the examination I run before I will sell anyone content: five areas of your marketing, checked in a fixed order, with the findings in writing and the fix order spelled out. $297, flat. Delivered in five business days.

Ready to start without a call? Email me at bgriffin@triplegmarketingconsultants.com and I will send the payment link and the intake the same day.

Online card and PayPal payment opens on this page shortly. Until then, I send a secure PayPal payment link directly, card accepted, no PayPal account needed.

What I check, in this order

The order matters. If the offer, the destination, or the audience is broken, better content only sends more people into a leak. So content is fourth, not first.

  1. The offer. Is there a priced, dated, bookable thing to sell? I have audited businesses that were paying for marketing while their highest value product had no page, no price, and no signup path anywhere.

  2. The destination. Where a click actually lands: profile buttons, bio links, contact pages, booking pages. I routinely find total blockages here, like a company page with no website button at all, or booking links pointing at a homepage instead of the booking page.

  3. The audience. Who is actually following you compared with who buys from you. I have found audiences concentrated in the wrong country, and follower bases made up mostly of other marketers instead of buyers.

  4. The content. What has measurably worked and what has flopped, taken from your own platform data, not from templates.

  5. The measurement. Whether anyone can prove a post became a customer. If your website has no working analytics, I say so plainly, because every other marketing decision depends on it.

What you receive

  • One written examination document (PDF, plus the editable source on request), covering all five areas in the order above.

  • For each area: what was checked, what was found, the evidence for the finding, and a severity rating of Blocker, Leak, or Improve.

  • One prioritized fix list: the blockers first, in the exact order to fix them, with a plain English reason for that order.

  • A recommended next phase outline, what a fix build would include, with no obligation to buy it from me.

  • One 30 minute walkthrough call with me to go through the findings and answer questions.

  • Factual corrections: if you spot a factual error in the document, it gets corrected and reissued once at no charge.

What it does not include

Stated before payment, not after:

  • No fixes are implemented. No pages edited, no profiles changed, no links corrected. Recommendations only. Implementation is the fix build, quoted separately.

  • No content is created, and nothing is posted, scheduled, or managed.

  • No paid advertising setup or management. Where I find paid activity blended into reported numbers, I flag it, because I report paid and organic separately, always.

  • No website build, SEO audit, email marketing, or CRM work. If one of those is clearly a blocker, I name it in one line and leave it there.

  • No guarantee of leads, bookings, sales, followers, or reach, in writing or implied.

  • No unlimited revisions. One factual correction reissue is included.

The proof is the work itself

I have produced full written examinations for three businesses: a firearms training company, a security consultancy, and a cybersecurity firm. Each one named specific, checkable blockers the owners had never been shown, with a phased fix order and the reasoning behind it. Ask to see a sample. That document is the product demo.

Price and timing

$297, one flat price. Delivered within five business days of a completed intake, and I take a maximum of two examinations per week so the work stays thorough. After payment I send the intake questionnaire (11 short questions, plain replies are fine). If the fixes are worth doing afterward, the build and the ongoing content work are quoted separately, from the examination itself.

Find out what is actually blocking your marketing.

If you take the document to someone else to implement, it will still have been worth buying. That is how confident I am in it.
